| Week 13: An awesome week for Jacob, who had just one incorrect game coming into Monday night. Unfortunately, New Orleans failed to come through for him. Those 18 points are enough to move him up six places to number 6 on the leader board! Unusual for this time in the season, but there really are a lot of people bunched up in the upper 130's - mid 140's. Micheal takes a hop, skip, and a jump up three spots to 13. Susan and Tyler trade places (again?). Both Terry and Ken manage to correctly pick all 5 upsets this week, but Terry's strategy of picking all the upsets doesn't pan out so well. And finally, David K manages to best Tom by a point this week to earn a share of the top spot. |

Scoring: Each correct pick earns you a point. In addition to that, each correct underdog pick earns you a bonus point. Underdogs are indicated by the presence of a number next to the team name on the pick sheet, representing the number of points that they are expected to lose by (point spread).
Deadlines: It is in your interest to make your picks accurately and get them in on time. Late submissions may be allowed at the discretion of the poolmaster; changes in picks, after the submission deadline, are not allowed. |

The winner at the end of the regular season gets their name engraved on the plaque of the trophy. The previous year's winner is responsible for getting the plaque updated, and the trophy mailed to the new winner in a timely fashion. Mark and Rosa have set the bar very high for turnaround time here.
Note: only family members are eligible for the family trophy. Other invited players are eligible for the "Family and Friends" trophy.
While we do run a pool for the postseason, there is no prize other than the honor of winning. |
