| Week 12: Congrats this week to Donna and Tyler for coming in first for the week. Donna gets there with the highest pick percentage, while Tyler's path included the most correct upset picks. On the season standings board, Donna makes a big three step move north, while Clara bests that by one. Clan Stewart now occupy five of the top eight slots. David K briefly held the number one spot this weekend, but his ill advised pick of Denver did him in. Last year at this time, Tom had 151 points and a 13 point lead over second place Dusty. This year is decidedly more competitive! |

Scoring: Each correct pick earns you a point. In addition to that, each correct underdog pick earns you a bonus point. Underdogs are indicated by the presence of a number next to the team name on the pick sheet, representing the number of points that they are expected to lose by (point spread).
Deadlines: It is in your interest to make your picks accurately and get them in on time. Late submissions may be allowed at the discretion of the poolmaster; changes in picks, after the submission deadline, are not allowed. |

The winner at the end of the regular season gets their name engraved on the plaque of the trophy. The previous year's winner is responsible for getting the plaque updated, and the trophy mailed to the new winner in a timely fashion. Mark and Rosa have set the bar very high for turnaround time here.
Note: only family members are eligible for the family trophy. Other invited players are eligible for the "Family and Friends" trophy.
While we do run a pool for the postseason, there is no prize other than the honor of winning. |
