| Week 13. What was reported as a stumble last week may now be heading towards a full face plant, as one of our long time contenders slips three places in the standings. You were good company, Dusty, and will be missed. Other than that, the standings had a little shuffling this week, but all the other moves were +1 and -1. Things appear to be settling in. There is a 16 point gap between first and second, but then only 6 points total separate the next 6 places. Could be some interesting jockeying in that group as the season winds down. From 8th to 12th, there are 5 players with only 4 points total separation, with Tyler in that group trying hard to catch up after missing a week's picks. Good luck to all in the final 4 weeks! |

Scoring: Each correct pick earns you a point. In addition to that, each correct underdog pick earns you a bonus point. Underdogs are indicated by the presence of a number next to the team name on the pick sheet, representing the number of points that they are expected to lose by (point spread). Deadlines: It is in your interest to make your picks accurately and get them in on time. Late submissions may be allowed at the discretion of the poolmaster; changes in picks, after the submission deadline, are not allowed. |

The winner at the end of the regular season gets their name engraved on the plaque of the trophy. The previous year's winner is responsible for getting the plaque updated, and the trophy mailed to the new winner in a timely fashion. Mark and Rosa have set the bar very high for turnaround time here.
Note: only family members are eligible for the family trophy. Other invited players are eligible for the "Family and Friends" trophy.
While we do run a pool for the postseason, there is no prize other than the honor of winning. |
