What a difference a week makes! Last week as a group we struggled to do better than 50% on our picks, but this week everyone did better than that, with Luke practically off the charts at 81% This week Ben wins the upset king title, besting perennial favorite for that title, Tom. Donna makes a good showing, also, coming in 1 pt. behind Luke, and moving up 3 spots in the season standings. Susan and Ken drop out of their tie with Dusty, affording Dusty sole ownership of the #2 spot.
This week is the first week with byes, so it's a smaller picksheet than we're used to. First game still kicks off at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, though. |

| Each correct pick earns you a point. In addition to that, each correct underdog pick earns you a bonus point. Underdogs are indicated by the presence of a number next to the team name on the pick sheet, representing the number of points that they are expected to lose by (point spread). |

The winner at the end of the regular season gets their name engraved on the plaque of the trophy. The previous year's winner is responsible for getting the plaque updated, and the trophy mailed to the new winner in a timely fashion. Mark and Rosa have set the bar very high for turnaround time here.
Note: only family members are eligible for the family trophy. Other invited players are eligible for the "Family and Friends" trophy.
While we do run a pool for the postseason, there is no prize other than the honor of winning. |
